Tracy Freedman is a fine art advisor and former gallery owner,  based in San Francisco since 1979. Through Freedman Art Advisory, she offers business and marketing guidance to artists and gallerists and advises private collectors. Tracy was co-owner of Hackett-Freedman Gallery in San Francisco from 1987-2009, representing contemporary artists and specializing in post-war American and European art.  In 2014, she served as the Arts & Cultural Liaison for the inaugural edition of the Art Silicon Valley / San Francisco International Art Fair. This experience led to a new interest:  Tracy now follows new developments in new media arts collaborations among scientists, artists and technologists. Tracy is a past President of the San Francisco Art Dealers Association and serves on the local executive committee and national board of ArtTable, the leading organization advancing professional women’s leadership in the visual arts. Through these activities and regular travel abroad, she pursues her passion for all eras of art, architecture, and the bay area's vibrant art scene.
